SEVENTEEN make-up review

SEVENTEEN FLAWLESS PORELESS PRIMER
SEVENTEEN PHWOARR PAINT HEAVY DUTY UNDER EYE CONCEALER
SEVENTEEN CC CREAM COVERS AND CORRECTS SPF 25
I  saw online a lot of good reviews about the seventeen make-up collection so I ordered a few bits to try myself.

SEVENTEEN FLAWLESS PORELESS PRIMER
I have never used primer before I used this one so I can't say how good it is compared to others but from using it as a first try of primer it really was great!
After I applied the primer and put my make-up on it was so much easier for me to apply foundation and it also stopped my foundation going into slight creases on my face so it didn't draw out my creases as my foundation would.
My friends had warned me that a lot of primers can be really greasy which I was worried about as I didn't want it to make my face greasy but honestly it wasn't greasy at all.
It also did make a change in the way my foundation lasts all day and it lasted for longer.
If you've never used primer before I recommend starting with this one just like I did as it does all the things I've been told it does and it does help with your foundation lasting all day.

SEVENTEEN PHWOARR PAINT HEAVY DUTY UNDER EVE CONCEALER
Long name, right? I've always used the same concealer for my spots and blemishes as for under my eyes so I thought this would be something new to try.
I used to have a lot of trouble with my mascara during the day kind of coming off my eyelashes and onto the skin under my eye, how? I have no idea, but after applying the under eye concealer in the morning I didn't have that trouble any more.
For some reason I end up with dark patches around my eyes when I wake up and I found that this concealer covered those up straight away and gave me more of a fresher look in the morning.
It also comes in a cute carry size with a mirror on the inside so it is easy to carry around in your pocket or bag if you want to re-apply it or even use it as a concealer for other parts of your face.

SEVENTEEN CC CREAM
I have never tried CC cream I've only ever tried BB cream until I got this one so again I can't compare to other. So CC cream is cover&correct which does sound very good, It also contains spf 25 which will be good for the summer if you want to wear a lighter make up instead of your normal foundation, although spf 25 is not so useful right now in the winter!
I didn't find that is properly covered all my belmishes so I did have to have concealer on my blemishes and spots when I wore it but It did leave my skin feeling light like there wasn't much make up on if any & It also gives a matte finish which I like because it blends into my skin nicely.
It does say on the tube "want a fresh flawless complexion everyday" It didn't make my skin "flawless" but it worked for the light make up feel look and it worked just as well as my foundation does.

Overall if you're looking to start out with make-up or you're not big on buying alot of expensive make-up I think the Seventeen collection is definitely the place to look.
I did buy all three in the black friday sale so it only cost me £9 for all three, to buy all three now it does cost £19 but to me I think thats reasonable as make-up can be extremely expensive.
CC CREAM £6.99
UNDER EYE CONCEALER £5.49
FLAWLESS PORELESS PRIMER £5.99
Hopefully I will be able to try some more of the Seventeen collection as I really do love these products and recommend you try them, If you do try them let me know what you think about them!

WORK EXPERIENCE//INTERVIEWS TIPS

I'm not sure how every school works but at my school round about this time in year 10 every student starts to panic as work experience is mentioned, awful right?
Also round about this time of year, year 11 have to have a mock interview, even worse!
So as I have been through both I'm going to give you a few hints a tips on how to get through both!

WORK EXPERIENCE
At first it sounds fun, but then scary as the thought of having to work and have a interview at the start and being pressured into doing what your parents or aunts or uncles may do in a job and someone of your age shouldn't, but don't panic it's totally not worth it!!
1)Plan where you want to do your work experience, it doesn't have to be to do with what you want to do when you leave school although that would be a good idea.
2)Get it all sorted out with the business straight away, the longer you leave it the more the business are more likely to say they have no places left and you will be suck with nowhere to do your work experience.
3)If you're worried about what you will have to do, or when you will get to eat or what hours or days you will be working don't be afraid to ring up the business and ask them. The more questions you ask the more they will be persuaded that you are generally wanting to do your work experience there for  actual work experience and not for time away from school! Call them up or even arrange to go see them nearer the time and ask all the questions you have, trust me you will feel 100x better after you have asked all the things you are worried about.
4)Treat it as a normal school day, be punctual dress appropriately and talk to the staff in a polite manner like you would the school teaching staff, remember they are there to help you not judge or complain how your work skills are. You are there to learn!
5)Enjoy it, honestly afterwards when you go back to school you will wish you can go back and do it again because it's a really good experience to get you into the world of work for when you leave school.

INTERVIEWS
Trust me, everyone panics about interviews, even your parents will have panicked about interviews but they're not as bad as you think they are they are helpful for you to get across what sort of person you are and for the person who is interviewing you to understand more about you.
1)DO NOT PANIC, if you panic you will probably sit there in silence and not say anything which will end up worse than if you actually speak.
2)Dress appropriately, speak politely and look presentable.
3)Don't worry about the questions, they will not ask you questions they think you are not able to answer or have no idea what to say for.
4)Practise before you go in, this is not a "must do" but if you really are worried practise with your parents, friends or school staff. Adults will know the area of questions they will be asking therefore they will know what kind of answer you need to give.
5)Just let it happen, you can't change what you say, once you've said it that is that and you can't go back and say something different. If it's your first or second interview you're aloud to make mistakes because you are not experienced in how an interview works.
6)Don't just say nothing, you'll probably make it worse for yourself if you say nothing at all just give an answer at least.

I wish you all luck with your work experience & mock interviews or any interviews. Honestly don't worry, nothing is worth worrying about because if you worry too much it might make it worse than if you went into it and gave it your best. Let me know how your work experience or any interviews go, I'd love to know!!

Goodbye spots! T-ZONE REVIEW

T-ZONE REVIEW
T-ZONE SKIN CLEARING MOISTURISER
T-ZONE RAPID ACTION SPOT ZAPPING GEL.
Recently I've had the worst spot outbreak so like every other teenager I've been buying so many face washes, moisturises and creams to get rid of my spots but non worked at all.

I picked up the T-ZONE SKIN CLEARING MOISTURISER & T-ZONE RAPID ACTION SPOT ZAPPING GEL and decided to see if they would work, they didn't cost much at all so I was worried they wouldn't work but they did!

T-ZONE SKIN CLEARING MOISTURISER
I changed my regular moisturiser for the T-zone moisturiser and straight away it left my skin smooth and also calmed down the blemishes on my face which I was really pleased about. After a few weeks of using this moisturiser my spots rapidly went down and I also noticed an improvement in my skin, it was smoother and wasn't greasy when I woke up. I also began to instead of make up just using the moisturiser because it was so good, I honestly do recommend this moisturiser even if you don't have bad spots because it really is a great product!

T-ZONE RAPID ACTION SPOT ZAPPING GEL
After I had put the T-zone moisturiser on at night I applied the rapid action spot zapping gel to the spots on my face that looked bigger or more red than the others and honestly after two maybe three days they had completely gone. The front of the tube does say "four hour action" although the spots do not disappear after four hours the redness goes down, which is so helpful if you are going to see friend the next day, going to see family or going somewhere you didn't want to have a bright red spot on your face for.

I really do recommend these products because they are not expensive at all, the spot zapping gel was £2:40 and the moisturiser was £2:99 which is a reasonably good price as when you're buying so many different products to get rid of spots you don't want to pay a lot of money and they are also two of the best products I have used to get rid of spots.
Both products are available on Amazon and are sold internationally.
I hope if you do get to try these products they work as well for you as they did for me!
